Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to support our manufacturing operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams-handling inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication throughout the production and fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance customer service with the operational demands of a manufacturing setting.
